Just a quick bug fixing update, nothing too fancy

SETTINGS

• Added new screenshake types to display settings
  
  • Quake: Classic, rumbly feel
  • Springy: Smooth, bouncy feel

BUG FIXES

• Fixed moped duplication glitch
• Fixed an issue with the battle music stopping after an enemy kills itself
• Fixed crafting/inventory issues
• Fixed options not saving after changing them
• Fixed an issue with monsters not registering in the Ahokipedia
• Fixed player not being able to move after dying
• General fixes
